Sometimes it actually pays to go to church
(Feet of Hope - August 8-29th)
This past Sunday, it literally paid to come to worship. At the end of our worship service, our mission team passed out nearly $2000.00 in envelopes to those in attendance. The cash in each envelope ranged from $10 to $50. We were then challenged to take this money and use it in creative ways to multiply these gifts more than four-fold, so that the resulting funds could be used by ZOE Ministry, one of our ministry outreach partners, to empower over 60 orphans in Africa to go from poverty to self-sufficiency over the course of the next three years.
