Peak Activity Groups

In addition to our Peak Groups, our church also offers opportunities for individuals to find community through a common interest or social activity.


Material Girls Quilting Bee

This groups is open to anyone who likes to quilt or wants to learn how to quilt!  We have many different levels of experience present in the group.  We have demos and work on projects for groups like the USO and Quilts of Valor.

4th Tuesday of the month from 6:30 – 9:00 pm at The Peak

Contemplation and Meditation 


This group is open to everyone.  This is where one can tap into a place within ourselves of beautiful, unconditional, audacious, love.  This journey is a guided practice, all are welcomed.  Starts Oct 8th.


2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 9:30 – 10:15 am at The Peak – Basecamp Room (Not meeting during the Summer)

Card Ministry – Stamps for G.R.A.C.E. (God’s Resounding Acts Connecting Everyone)


This group is open to everyone.  All materials provided to make four cards.  Our hope is you donate one or more back to the card ministry or mail out a card to a person on the Congregational Care ministry list.


3rd Saturdays of the month from 9:00 – 11:00 am at The Peak – Youth Room Starts Sep 24th

The Spiritual Spinners


A weekly road bike riding group leaving from the Apex main campus at 100 S Hughes Street.  All riders, including beginners and first time group riders are welcome.  The riders will assemble every Tuesday will commence promptly at 6:30pm.  It is recommended that riders arrive at least 15 minutes before roll off to assure they’re ready on time.  New riders, riders who are new to ride groups and experienced riders are most welcome.
